Who is Jonathan?

After graduating from the University of Pretoria in 2014, he was admitted as an attorney of the High Court, South Africa. Jonathan has a passion for people and enjoys discussing various legal avenues with his clients over a cup of coffee. He is also an avid motorcyclist and adventurist, having travelled extensively prior to opening the firm in Hermanus.

Who is Adriana?

Adriana Coetzee is our Litigation Secretary and values honesty and hard work. She matriculated in 2016, after which she showed a keen interest in law. Adriana enjoys expanding her knowledge, acquiring new skills and strives to be a reliable asset to our clients and team through her diligent work ethics. Adriana has an assertive personality and thrives when she is faced with challenges.

SIMONÉ VISAGIE

Who is Simoné?

Simoné matriculated in 2016, whereafter she was employed at a real estate company. She was awarded Administrator of the year 2018 for the Sales Division. Simoné started at our firm in March of 2021 and since then proved to be a valuable asset to our company. She is both an experienced administrator that shows attention to detail as well as a conveyancing secretary. She strives to deliver efficient client service and is the supporting hand for her colleagues. Simone is always willing to go the extra mile. She is a Hermanus local who enjoys our beautiful nature scenery whenever she can.

DALENE BOSHOFF

Who is DALENE?

Dalene is one of our Litigation Secretaries who joined the firm in March 2022. With over 25 years’ experience in litigation matters, she ensures that all clients’ matters are dealt with concisely and professionally. Dalene originates from Pretoria, Gauteng and has lived in Hermanus since 2004, after selling her successful transcription business which she operated between 1994 and 2006. In her spare time she enjoys seminars and long walks with her beloved dogs.

ADRIAAN MOSTERT

Who is ADRIAAN?

Adriaan graduated from UNISA in 2019 and awaits to be admitted as an attorney. He is self-motivated, progress-driven, and has compassion for assisting our clients and avoiding future problems. His perseverance and analytical skills assist in drawing reasonable and logical conclusions. With a coaching background, he still enjoys taking part in endurance sport activities.

Willem Boshoff

Who is Willem?

Willem is a senior partner at the firm and the head of litigation. After graduating from the University of South Africa, Willem started practising in 1997 and has over 25 years’ experience in Criminal and Civil litigation. Willem has a passion for his clients and always delivers the very best legal solution for each and every one. In his spare time he enjoys hunting, fishing and gun-range rifle shooting.

Nanette Smit

Who is Nanette?

Born and raised in Hermanus, Nanette is our meticulous Office Manager and Bookkeeper. Nanette matriculated in 2000 and has over 20 years of experience. Clients can be rest assured that their statements, investments and overall finances are tended to with precision and transparency. In her free time she enjoys shopping online and spending time with her husband and son.

Who is Claudette?

Claudette is our Conveyancing Paralegal and joined our firm in April 2021. She has gained over 20 years of experience in the conveyancing field. Clients and Estate Agents can be assured of her dedication, diligence and thoroughness. She prides herself in client liaison in conveyancing matters and assists her conveyancer and colleagues as far as she possibly can. Claudette enjoys the ocean and Hermanus’ beautiful scenery whenever she can.
